A classic English Special Bitter using Yorkshire ale yeast and the British trifecta of hops: Fuggles, East Kent Goldings and Styrian Goldings. Malt forward, with wonderful woody, earthy citrus notes from the hops. The yeast esters finish off the roundness of the beer. Don’t drink too cold...cellar temp is perfect. Best drank while washing down the Sunday roast with a giant Yorkshire Pudd!
